Stop everything corgi agent up started — the daemon and the detached MCP + tunnel
Synopsis
The mirror of corgi agent up. Stops the agent daemon and the detached
MCP server that serves the launcher and pairing over the tunnel, so the public
URL goes down too. (corgi agent stop stops only the daemon.)
